Tell us about the home you’ve always imagined. We want to learn more about you and your ultimate wish-list. What style of home are you drawn to? How many bedrooms will you need, what type of layout, and what size home will suit your lifestyle? Once you’ve shared your vision with us, we can begin to narrow down the details and determine the starting point. At times, it may make sense to begin with one of our existing floor plans and customize it. Sometimes the better option may be to start completely from scratch, or work from plans you may have. If you have previous plans, whether they are blueprints from an architect or scribbles on a napkin, we can bring those sketches to life. Whichever option you choose, Lady Street Builders will be there to openly communicate with you during each phase.
