Can you help me find a lot to build on?
Yes! Although we offer a “Build on YOUR Lot” program, we most certainly can help you find a homesite if you don’t already have one! You can rely on us to find the perfect piece of property to build your custom home on.
Do I Need To Hire An Architect?
The cost of home plans and drafting is included for those that decide to build with Lady Street Builders. During the collaboration process, we want you to share all of your ideas and wishes for design so we can more easily deliver your vision.
What Is Your Cost Per Square Foot?
Since each plan and lot are very unique, the price per square foot will vary. Typically, our custom homes cost $180 to $220 per square foot. We are able to offer very competitive pricing because we have established trusted relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in the Columbia area.
